Pork Chops with a Sweet Chili Soy Sauce

I wanted a quick and tasty way to make pork chops. I decided to combine some sweet chili sauce with a bit of soy sauce for a sweet, salty and spicy sauce to top the chops. I simply seasoned the pork with sea salt, black pepper and garlic powder before cooking them in a grill pan.
