A Hot Dog a Week

It's summer and I am down with that.

To celebrate, and to continue to sabotage my diet, I am going to (try) to make a different kind of hot dog every week this summer and share them with you. My friends. Don't say I never give you anything.

This week is the Gazpacho Dog.


Cook your dog. I like mine the best bbq'd. Place it in the bun, then top with some leftover gazpacho (drain off a bit of the juice). Top with parmesan cheese and sprinkle with basil. Place on the grill (on low) for a couple of minutes to toast the bun and melt the cheese.

Um, yum.
