Black Beans with Tomato, Onion, Cilantro, and Garlic
We eat Mexican food often and I find that black beans are a healthy side dish that my entire family enjoys. I sometimes serve them simply seasoned with salt and pepper and other times I kick them up a notch by adding some spices, herbs and vegetables. Using dried black beans is best but it's not always convenient so when I am pressed for time I will use canned black beans. This recipe took
