Corn and Fingerling Potato Chowder with Bacon
We were having friends over for dinner and it was pouring rain outside, so I decided to make a big pot of chowder. I had leftover corn from my neighbor Jack to use up so I went in search of a corn chowder. I found this recipe on Cooking Light and adapted it just a bit. It turned out rich, creamy and very filling. The kids didn't LOVE it but the rest of us did. We served it with a fresh tossed
