Black Bean, Green Chile and Sharp Cheddar Baked Flautas
Okay, so I love Mexican food - can you tell? I was going to make chicken baked flautas but I got very lazy and decided black bean and green chile would work great. They were extremely easy to make and only took 15-20 minutes to cook. I love this kind of dinner - especially when I don't feel like cooking. I served these baked flautas with fresh guacamole and homemade salsa. They were crispy
